Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 10 days from the date order placed. The shipping can be delayed in case of natural calamities, or any government restrictions like curfew or lockdown.
The pin codes where our logistics partners can’t deliver the product, company will be communicating with the customer by written or telephonic medium and cancel the order
Delivery estimates
Any dates or periods of time quoted for delivery are approximate only, and the time of delivery is not of the essence. The Company shall not be liable for any delay in delivery of the Goods that is caused by a Force Majeure Event or the Customer’s failure to provide the Company with adequate delivery instructions or any other instructions relevant to the supply of the Goods.
Shipment confirmation and order tracking
Customer can track the order by using the tracking number in our logistics partner website.
Customs, duties, and taxes
The company will be responsible to deliver the product on MRP which is including GST, however company is not responsible to bare other taxes or duties like custom or any other.
Damages
The company is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
